SHIPPING AND RETURNS
PAYMENTErase Skin Rejuvenation Specialists Pty Ltd is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the cheque. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable, Erase Skin Rejuvenation Specialists Pty Ltd may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
REFUND POLICYAny faulty or damaged stocks received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Erase Skin Rejuvenation Specialists Pty Ltd will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or the customer may request a full refund of the initial charge. All other products ordered incorrectly by the customer can be refunded if returned within 7 days of dispatch and are unopened on return. Postage costs will be incurred but the customer.
