Genesis & Vascular Laser
Our Genesis and vascular laser treatments may be used to manage a range of concerns including facial redness, visible capillaries, rosacea, flushing, and general skin quality. These treatments are non-invasive and delivered using medical-grade laser systems in accordance with clinical protocols.
Laser Genesis is a gentle, heat-based laser treatment that may support collagen production within the skin and may help improve the appearance of diffuse redness, fine lines, uneven texture, and dull skin tone. It works by gently heating the skin to support natural skin processes, with minimal impact on the surface. The treatment is generally well tolerated and typically associated with minimal downtime, making it suitable as part of an ongoing skin management plan. A series of treatments may be recommended.
Vascular Laser may be used to target visible blood vessels such as broken capillaries, telangiectasia, angiomas, and facial veins. The laser emits specific wavelengths that are absorbed by blood within the vessel, which may lead to the vessel being gradually reabsorbed by the body. This treatment may be used on areas such as the cheeks, nose, and chin. Temporary redness or swelling may occur following treatment and usually settles within a few hours to several days.
While both treatments can be performed individually, they may also be considered as part of a combined treatment approach where multiple concerns are present. Your clinician will recommend a personalised plan during consultation, taking into account your skin type, goals, and medical history.
Genesis and vascular laser treatments form part of Erase’s medically led approach to skin care, with treatments tailored to support overall skin health over time.

Laser Genesis is a gentle, heat-based treatment that works across the entire face and may help improve the appearance of skin quality and redness. Vascular laser is more targeted, using specific wavelengths and may be used to address visible vessels. Your clinician will advise whether one or both are appropriate for your concerns.

Laser Genesis is typically experienced as a warm sensation, similar to the feeling of the sun on your skin. Vascular laser may feel sharper and more targeted, often described as a quick flick or snap. Both treatments are generally well tolerated, and anaesthetic is not usually required.

Laser Genesis is generally suitable for a range of skin tones, following clinical assessment. Vascular laser treatments are typically best suited to lighter skin types, as the laser targets blood vessels just beneath the surface. A consultation and skin assessment will determine suitability.
